ROOFTOP STUMBLER PROJECT

This project entailed mounting a chimney based antenna mast with an
antenna rotor for 360 degree rotation. The antennas mounted on the mast
above the rotor consisted of a 24dBi Mag Grid Directional and a 15dBi Yagi.
Both of these antennas can be connected to any device in the computer lab
below via LMR400 cables and N type connectors. These antennas can be
connected into any laptop, AP, wireless router or remote wireless sniffer
for various testing scenarios away from the roof. The antennas went up in
the spring and I was able to "war-roof" the neighborhood. No access was
conducted just basic enumeration of the neighborhood. A 1 watt(+30dBm) amp
is also available for testing PtP/PtMP connectivity one plus miles away from
the roof. Below are the pictures that outline the various stages of the
